3:30pm | Wedding Party to Load Shuttles at The Inn at Spanish Bay
Hyatt Shuttle will pick up in front of the Regency Conference Center, located next to Building 12 and across from Buildings 9 and 10, and depart at 3:05pm
Spanish Bay Shuttles will depart at 3:40pm, and continue to the Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party.

Shuttles will pick up in front of the Regency Conference Center, located next to Building 12 and across from Buildings 9 and 10.
Shuttles will depart at 8:15pm.
8:30-10:30pm | Welcome Party | Fire Pits at The Inn at Spanish Bay

Layers are suggested for the outdoor event.

Welcome Party Transportation & Parking
Complimentary valet parking is available at The Inn at Spanish Bay.
Roundtrip transportation provided for Hyatt Regency Monterey Guests. Shuttles will pick up in front of the Regency Conference Center, located next to Building 12 and across from Buildings 9 and 10.
Shuttles will depart at 8:15pm, and loop between the hotels until the final departure at the conclusion of the event.
Ride share is available in the area, but there is typically a ~25-minute wait time after ordering via an app such as Uber.
Wedding
Saturday, August 10
Block heels and layers are suggested for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn and post-ceremony walk to the reception.
Kindly note that self-parking and restrooms will not be available at The Old Fifth Tee.

4:45pm | The Lodge & Guests Utilizing Complimentary Self-Parking at Casa Palmero Spa to Load Shuttles

5:00pm | Champagne for the Gathering | The Old Fifth Tee

Transportation & Parking
Kindly note that self-parking and restrooms will not be available at The Old Fifth Tee.
Complimentary parking will be available at Pebble Beach Resorts’ Casa Palmero Spa Lot. Driving directions are listed in the next section.

Directions from Carmel-by-the-Sea to Casa Palmero Spa Parking at Pebble Beach Resorts
Head West on Ocean Avenue toward the Pacific Ocean
Turn right onto San Antonio Avenue
Bear right and continue on Carmel Way
Make a slight left onto 17 Mile Drive
When you come to the gate, inform the gate guard you are attending the Baiano / Branum Wedding Celebration and they will waive your entry fee
Continue on the 17 Mile Drive until you see the guest entrance for The Lodge
Make a left into the resort
Once you have passed the Arrival Pavilion you will see signage for the Baiano / Branum Wedding Celebration
Make a right into the Casa Palmero Spa Parking Garage
Shuttles will be available and making loops to bring all guests to The Old Fifth Tee for the ceremony, and will be looping back to the parking garage throughout the reception
Directions from Highway One to Casa Palmero Spa Parking at Pebble Beach Resorts
From Highway One, take exit 399A towards Pacific Grove/Pebble Beach
Keep in the left lane to continue toward 17 Mile Drive
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto 17 Mile Drive towards Pebble Beach

Continue on the 17 Mile Drive until you see the guest entrance for The Lodge
Make a left into the resort
